1:1 Stress Counselling

In addition to delivering talks and workshops to help organisations better understand how they can manage stress and promote wellbeing, we also offer 1:1 Counselling. This offers a safe space for individuals to explore work-related stress, gain perspective, and develop coping strategies. It can also enhance emotional resilience, improve problem-solving skills, and foster a healthier work-life balance.
Jack Simmonds (my son!) is our ‘in-house’ counsellor. He specialises in person-centred counselling and is accredited by the main body in England (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). His approach focuses on empowering individuals to understand themselves better, explore the underlying issues, and help them find their own solutions. This will help them cement a more permanent transformation.
His area of focus will be helping Generation Zers and Millennials who are struggling either in the workplace or at home.
